Portland: The Art of Tea is a magazine that features a variety of local tea shops in Portland, Oregon. As an avid tea drinker myself, I wanted to design a magazine that featured tea shops where I grew up. I visited several tea shops during the process of designing this magazine and chose ones that had a unique flair or a long history of tea culture. While this magazine is mainly composed of photographs of tea shops, it also includes two feature articles on two tea shops, Red Robe & Cafe and Behind the Museum, which dives deeper into the culture and origin of tea from different Asian countries.
